Design is even more powerful than drugs.

Places can be designed to alter your mood and behaviors without you even realizing it.

Did you know that design can change the way people feel?

Urban Planners, Architects, Landscape Designers, Interior Designers, and even ordinary human beings have the power to change their physical realities. The thing is, most of us humans don’t realize how dramatically these new built environments affect our own behaviors and emotions.

We’re here to change that. Download our FREE E-Zine to learn more.

How do you design places that make people feel good?

The answer could fill a book. Hopefully, one day we’ll write that book. Until then, download a complimentary copy of our latest volume of the Environmental E-Zine. This original Mona Life publication will better familiarize you with the concepts of Environmental Psychology, Wellness Design, and Regenerative Ecosystems.

Why do so many human-made environments make people feel bad?

As far as we know, humans are the only species that can imagine, then create entirely new and novel environments. This is possibly our most incredible superpower, but we often fail to realize the mental health implications of our creations. Learn more in our latest complimentary issue of Environmental.

Feeling anxious, depressed, agitated, stressed…?

Adding specific colors to your home in specific proportions could dramatically improve your mental health. The wrong colors could be making you feel even worse. Download your free copy of our latest e-zine to learn more about Color Theory.

Simple, easy to implement design changes can make a HUGE difference!

If you’re already feeling overwhelmed you probably don’t want to add to your ever growing to do list. Fortunately, many of the design changes that make the biggest difference don’t require much effort at all. If they do take some work, you can always hire someone to help. Best thing is, most of these changes can make your life much better with very little ongoing “work.” Download our free e-zine to learn more!

We understand what you’re going through.

  1. Your anxiety levels are probably through the roof.

  2. You likely feel kind of sad or lonely most of the time, even if not suffering from full blown depression.

  3. You could feel trapped, overwhelmed, overworked, or just desperately wish you could go on vacation

  4. You can’t put your phone down and keep endlessly scrolling through Instagram hoping to find someone or something to help you feel better, but most of the time you instead find something that upsets you or makes you feel less than.

  5. You watch more Netflix than you care to admit and probably also subscribe to several other streaming services because you crave escape from your own reality.

  6. You constantly think about how much better your life would be if you just had more money, more free time, or that new thing you want so badly but can’t quite afford or just really shouldn’t buy right now.

  7. You’ve probably tried medication, meditation, every herbal supplement under the sun, and have maybe even talked to several different therapists, but still just don’t feel all that great, at least not most of the time.

  8. You love your family and/or the people you live with, but sometimes they can be emotionally draining and you feel like you don’t ever get enough “me time.” (Note: We know we’re putting this one delicately and it’s likely much worse.)

  9. You might have even surrendered to the fact that this is just “how life goes” and you’ll just “have to make due” and/or simply “learn to be grateful for what you have.”

Any of these descriptions sound like you? We genuinely think we can help.

Making you feel better is more rewarding than any monetary gain we get from doing this. That’s why our e-zine is FREE!

Imagine feeling at ease.

Imagine what it would be like to feel completely at ease in the place you’re currently inhabiting. You no longer feel the burning desire to leave this space to experience the emotional state you crave. The space supports you in effortless ways. It gives you so much more than you have to give in return. You feel whole. You feel safe. You know that everything is going to be ok.

Now, let’s come back to the present. Whether you’re feeling overworked, anxious, agitated, depressed, lonely, self-conscious, or just plain unhappy with where you are at this point in your life, it’s not your fault and we might be able to help.
